THE ORIGIN OF FORMS

I am interested in the transformation of forms in nature, by their origin and their arrangement. In a small flower, a seed, a fish, a cell… hides a world. I would like to express this in my creations. I am looking for totemic and poetic meanings for theses primitives , to value the beauty. Trace back to the source makes me thinking about life origin, and man nature relationship.

In each form there is a poetry, a beauty… these shapes resulting from several million years of evolution, have a very great value in my eyes. All these elements have its specific form, coulour and delicious caracteristic. Each element has its own space, time, that he has captured. All these spaces are ever changing. A small seed becomes a tree, a small cell becomes a whale, everything perfectly coordinated. The harmony of these transformations fascinates me. When nature takes form, life becomes a palace of art. In this BÔ Transmission project, I’d like to share my research into creating with forms in nature.
